This service is perfect for people who want to be sure that their building budget will be achievable. If the Quantity Surveyor and the Architect collaborate in the design, then the resulting plans should match the clients budget. This will help avoid disappointment and save a lot of money in re-design work. The cost saving is enormous.

We recommend that this collaboration occurs at the beginning of the design work, or no later than when the concept plans are done. If the full working or consented plans are done then a full Quantity Surveying Service is required

NOTE: If you are in a position where you have already received your plans and your budget is exceeded, we would recommend that you look at our "Cost Engineering" products to receive advise on potential changes to the design.
